Custom Project Deposit Agreement

1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Advanced Systems and Professionals, LLC, doing business as Popproxx, of 806 South Pacific Highway, Talent, OR 97540 ("Popproxx", "we", "us"), and [your name], [your email] ("you"). It is dated [the day you sign].
2. What the deposit is for
You are paying a deposit of $500 to start a custom project with Popproxx. A custom project is one whose scope and price are set by a written quote rather than by a fixed plan.
After you pay, you complete intake, which is a questionnaire about your business and what you want built. We use it to write your quote. Scoping and quoting are free.
3. What happens next
We send you a written quote describing the scope, the price, and the payment schedule. Nothing is built until you accept the quote in writing.
When you accept the quote, this deposit is credited against the project price, and the quote becomes the agreement for the project.
If we cannot agree on a quote, or you decide not to go ahead, tell us and we refund the deposit in full.
4. Refunds
The deposit is refundable in full at any time before you accept a quote. Once you accept a quote, the deposit is part of the project price and the quote governs refunds.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
5. The legal details
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
You agree to sign this agreement electronically by typing your name and clicking Sign, and to receive it and any notices about it by email at the address above. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.
