What do I pay, and when?

One fixed build fee, paid in full at signup for 10% off, or in two halves: one at signup and one when we tell you the build is complete. Starter's $2,400 fee is $2,160 in full, or $1,200 twice. The $79/mo care plan starts at launch, billed to the payment method you saved at signup. We take cards and US bank transfers through Stripe, and there is no financing. Add-ons and revision rounds past the two included are extra.

With halves, the site doesn't launch until the second half is paid. If it is still unpaid 30 days after we say the build is complete, the project closes and the first half is not refunded; you can reactivate it within 90 days by paying the balance, and after that the files are deleted.

How long until my site is live?

About 30 days from when you finish intake (the questionnaire you fill in after paying), or 14 with a rush launch, an add-on priced on the add-ons page. It depends on you too: we build the rest of the site once you approve the design, and we can only build with your content.

If we ask for content or a decision and get nothing for 30 days, we may carry on with stock photos and placeholder text, or pause. After 90 days without a word, we may close the project, refunded only as far as the money-back guarantee allows.

Who writes the words?

You can, or we can. Intake asks whether you have the words, have some of them, or want us to write them. Premium includes copy written for every page; on Starter and Deluxe, copywriting is a per-page add-on, and the add-ons page has its price. For photos, send your own or use stock photos we source, which every plan includes.

What if I need more pages?

Starter covers 5 pages, Deluxe 7 and Premium 10. Beyond that, an extra page, designed and built, is a fixed-price add-on, and the add-ons page has its price. Add-ons are invoiced when you ask for them and refundable until we start work on them. After launch, a new page counts as a change: billed by the hour, or quoted first or sold as the add-on if it is bigger than an hour or two.

What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?

Your build fee. Cancel within 30 days of completing intake, or until you approve your design, whichever comes first, and you get a full refund. If we haven't shown you a design within 30 days of intake, the window stays open until we do; delays on your side don't extend it.

A design left unanswered for 14 days counts as approved, after reminders on day 7 and day 12. A refund ends the project: the preview comes down, nothing is handed over, and the money goes back to the payment method you used.

Do I own the website?

Yes, once the build fee is paid in full and the site launches: the design, pages and code are yours, and we hand over a copy of the code repository whenever you ask after launch. Until the fee is paid in full, the design and code belong to Popproxx.

We keep the tools, components and templates we use across projects, and you get a permanent license to keep using the ones in your site. What you give us, such as text, photos and logos, stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We may show the finished site in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.

Can I cancel the care plan, or move my site to another host?

Yes. The $79/mo care plan is month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. If you end it, we hand over your code and you host the site wherever you like. If a care plan payment stays unpaid for 30 days, we take the site offline, and after 90 days we delete it from our hosting; your code stays yours, and we hand it over on request.

What about an app or a Shopify store?

Those are custom projects, priced by a written quote rather than a plan. You pay a $500 deposit and complete intake, and we send a free quote with the scope, the price and the payment schedule. Nothing is built until you accept the quote in writing, and until then the deposit is refundable in full.
